Project Manager for Design / Dev Firm

I am looking for someone that has experience in project management with tech brands. My company has a few of it's own brands but we specialize in design, development and consulting for ecommerce and startup businesses.
Please have good planning, communication skills. You must have experience with Wordpress, Shopify and e-commerce development, planning and marketing. You will be reading and replying to emails, putting tasks into project management and discussing with my designers/developers as well as helping plan for our own business growth.
You will reach out to get new clients and keep me and other clients up to date.
I am looking for someone part time to become full-time.
Social media experience is a plus as well as email marketing.
I am NOT looking for developers.
