'sweet travel' customisation

Hi,
I need some help to customise Sweet travel (known as sweet date) Wordpress theme.
What I need:
customise ( make it ready for final customisation by us) some elements of home page (top menu, footer menu- details provided, ‘stories from our Travellers’, Recently Active User Groups- see theme for a better idea)
set up membership page
set up membership levels to the point of checkout
set up profile area and notifications for New Messages & New Requests
set up predefined profile fields
set up Online Status and registration
set up search widget (including database for countries only, gender, travel from and to will be left blank)
set up log in page
What is not needed:
no need to touch ‘on line shop’ (included in the theme) It would not exist on the website
no need to fill in the content ( e.g about us, up loading specific pictures, etc- we will do it ourselves) - just make it ready as template.
Basically what we need is to set up a template that we can than edit and make it ready
The most important is staff related to: a membership, login to the page, profile and top menu.
