Wordpress - Find Source Code Insertion Point

We have a chat feature active on our website but are unsure where the code is inserted. We have checked the plugins that we are aware of that can insert <script> code as well as the page template file but cannot seem to find where the code is injected.
We need someone to identify where and how the code is being inserted. There is a plugin for the LiveChat but it is not activated so there is some code that would be injected in order to make it work instead.
