NETO Import from XML File

NETO does have a reasonably powerful import tool that I sadly lack the time to explore more. At present I am downloading a XML file, removing all the excess columns, changing the 2 header names required, pre-pending our part of the SKU, then importing manually with the option to update products existing only.
So looking to have automated updated stock from the suppliers online XML file instead (2 times a day). Out of their XML we only need 2 values. <sku> and <stock_quantity>, this will be "SKU*" and "Vendor Stock" fields names in NETO. We also need to prepend their <sku> with 4 characters to match our sku (example their sku 123, ours AAA.123). So hoping there might be someone with NETO import skills that can set this up.
