I have been working as a virtual assistant since 2020. My diverse experiences encompass various responsibilities, including:
Email Management: Handling all incoming emails, from inquiries and follow-ups to complaints, and efficiently delegating them to the appropriate agents.
Salesforce Administration: Engaging in tasks such as creating reports, customizing fields, and managing data to ensure optimal system performance.
Staff Management: Overseeing the onboarding/offboarding processes for staff, tracking agent sales and performance, and managing rostering.
