My name is Dayanne dos Santos Ferreira . I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration from Paulista University in Santos, São Paulo in May of 2013.
I always enjoyed working with customer service directly or indirectly. Productive Operations Management and processes focused on excellence was the subject of my graduation work.
Good service is one of the success factors of every company.
In all my previous jobs, I've dealt with people and always provided incredibly good customer service. Good customer service is always my number one concern and I consider it an obligation in any of my jobs.
I worked as a Customer Service Analyst in a digital inclusion industry, where I was responsible for guiding and developing the necessary documentation for official document preparation such as driver's license and ID(problem-solving and customer satisfaction was our main concern).
I also worked in the military police of the State of São Paulo with main responsibilities. Prepare reports and statistics on occurrences in the city, release B.O.P.M (Military Police report) and service to the population.
I had other jobs related to Administration and customer service such as reception, e-commerce assistant and waitress which was my first job.
In addition to all my professional experience, and not least, it is all my non-professional experience. I participate in a volunteer project which twice a month we distribute food and clothing to homeless people in my city is a small group but I'm sure it makes a difference in their lives. Knowing how to deal with the needs and pain of next makes us not only better people but also more sensitive professionals.
In summary, I believe that all my experience in the administrative and customer service sector will strongly contribute to a great development of this Company I would be very grateful if I had an opportunity to do an interview if my profile fits the company profile.
