I have a solid accounting background as I am an ACCA Member since 2014 – a UK based accounting certification. I have also done my Bachelors in Accounting from Oxford Brookes University in 2019. I’ve also recently began self-studying for the CPA exam and plan on completing all four sections within 18 months. Due to my professional experience I have proficiency in MS office and ERP software. Currently I am working as a Staff accountant at Elite Limousine Plus, located in Long Island City, NY for over a year now where I am responsible for the following duties • Assist in financial and operational budgeting • Month end closing activities • Accounts, banks, and intercompany reconciliations • Payroll and payroll tax returns • Manage full accounting cycle of 3 companies Prior to this, I worked in the banking industry for four years. Here, I was also responsible for the complete accounting cycle of different banking products, reports, and services we provided.
