Manger HR-North Reason. In December 2007, I joined Thomson Press, (part of the India Today group) as Asst manager Human Resource. I have handle Okhla Unit HR Function and other NCR units HR Function. In Jan 2012, I was promoted as Corporate Manager HR and Operation Head In April 2018 joined Adhya Biztech as a Head Of Operation and was Responsible for the Business Development and HR Function . In October 19 joined Replika Press Pvt Ltd as a General Manager HR. I am responsible for the organization development and Operation Management for all three plants.
