First Phase - Concept
Hello, im working at the same time on three model houses, even if the sqft aren't exactly the same as you said on the pictures, I worked based on the containers. Im already thinking on some changes im going to make, but I wanted to get some feedback first, the reason im working on the three models at the same time its to get some harmony as I design each model, firstly I focused on the function of the spaces. As a Sustainable home im going to implement a rain water re-usage system, as well as solar panels, also was thinking to implement vegetation on walls to get a cool environment on the inside of the houses, will be great to know for what kind are going to be. Also on another matter I was thinking maybe we can use an above ground septic system, with a septic tank with the time the waste are divided on three, the scum, the efluent and the sludge, the efluent can be reutilized to water maybe some vegetables crop or flowers, without the need of buying fertilizer.

I already thought that on the bigger house to actually unify the volume of the house with the same angled ceiling, to form double heights on the kitchen/living

I wanted also to say that on the model concepts the rectangles are the doors and windows on the containers and also that on the moment the model don't have an external finish material as I would like some feedback. Thanks and I hope you like this first phase
