Contest Brief

Hope this gives some hope and imagination for everyone working from home in these strange times ;( Let's build a better tmro together. A Global village!
We need designers to help us realize the pop up village of the future.
Solar power, water capture, pre-fab house with community aquaponics and living walls.
We would love to see the designs in three phases (outlined below). Single house design, then 18 house pop up community design. We will be using shipping container sizes. So every building must be a combination of 40' foot long (or 20' feet), 8' feet wide and 9' or 10' feet high - 12 foot max. Some with vaulted roof, others semi flat planted roof. We would like to see some modern farmhouse looks in combination with flat for planted decks etc. Think Bjarke Ingels/Neutra with modern future farmhouse compound. Half the buildings to be vaulted roof modern farmhouse.
I am attaching some building references below.
-FIRST PHASE; A single 480 square foot tiny house unit and/or a 800 square foot model house. Let your imagination fly. Feel free to share early sketches. Direct to me or in community. I am happy to give notes or ideas...or encouragement. Feel free to have me give notes here before you go to phase two. Remember this needs to fit the shipping container sizes.
-PHASE TWO; You can then jump to this phase...Or await notes. A third size family house 1240 square foot. This can be single or two story. This can also have some rough sketch of how all three sized houses could be put onto one lot. How to make it feel like perfect design around a central large community building. Just rough sketch at this phase is ok. Again happy to give notes, ideas and feedback. We hope to have a few fully rendered designs that show exceptional realism. Photo realism.
We will announce 1-3 winners here to go to the next stage where we will have another contest.
PHASE THREE; Detail in rendering of each of the three phases. At this point I will have a real set of location images to lay the renders into. I will also supply additional notes to steer into the direction we are looking for to save time and energy.
We will announce a few winners and plan to employ a few people who do good work.
WHO ARE WE:
A small group of filmmakers, volunteers, philanthropists and human rights activists working to change the landscape of tomorrow's communities and further sustainability with compassion.
Some of our efforts we hope will be deployed perhaps quickly to ease the suffering many are experiencing. Much love - dream BIG! Good Luck!

    Would you please spend some of your valuable times, to give star ratings to the entries? If not for all, but at least to the ones you feel worth rating? That will make all of us designers understand in what line your preferences are going.. That will also enable us to point out if some entry which are copied from other places, are getting higher ratings, than the ones which are results of hard-working original concepts..
