As licensed PE and architect, I can sign and seal Architectural Plan Licensed Professional Engineer (PE Stamp) in: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NM, NJ, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI and WY. My services include: -Creating and rendering 3D models. -Producing or revising a set of construction documents/blueprints. - Load calculation - Full set plan including site plan, floor plan, foundation plan, grading plan, roof plan, etc. -Converting hand sketches or PDFs into CAD drawings/working drawings. - Seal and Sign Together with my team of structural, civil and MEP engineers, I can take care of your full set of drawings needed for city permit, which includes architectural and civil drawings, structural calculations & design, MEP (HVAC, Electrical & plumbing) design & drawings. My scope of work includes: - Preparation of drawings for the construction of new buildings - Drawing up plans for alterations, updates and renovations of residential houses and industrial/commercial buildings - Review the drawings based on the building code of the state and seal/correct and seal if there are any errors in the drawings - Drawing up and reviewing water supply/sewer piping - Creation and calculation of site plan - Drafting/structural calculations for adding and removing decks/catches I will remain responsible and continue to revise my clients' plans until they are approved by the City.
