We mainly grow bluegum (Eucalyptus globulus) plantations for international pulp and paper markets. Peppermint is an iconic native tree (Agonis flexuosa) which grows throughout our estate. My ranch is in the hill country in Texas. It focuses on wildlife and hunting for my family and friends. It does not have any cattle but plenty of deer, axis, kudu, fallow and a couple of zebra. Our original name was Silver Creek Ranch and the log was too busy consisting of antlers and letters.
