I am looking for a high quality wordpress designer. I am unsure yet if it will be an information website or a ecommerce with only a couple of products. It needs to be completely modern with UK standard, I will need assistance with what to put where and the web designer to provide their own ideas as I have limited content. It needs to be able to rank high on seo as I dont want to have a seperate seo plan, it needs to rank on my keywords. and mobile friendly. Video proposals will have a higher chance of awarding.
