Hello Ghaffar, I have a Aluminium PCB design project. It is a resistance heater. I have already designed it for the 35um copper thickness. Its resistance is around 1.8 ohm. It supposed to be 0.9 ohm. I wanted to manufacture it on a 70um copper thickness so the resistance would be 0.9 ohm. The reason I want to reduce the resistance is I want the h...reduce the resistance is I want the heat to increase. With 1,8 ohm, the heat is around 70 Celcius degree. Actually it is easy to reduce the resistance just by manufacturing it on 70um instead of 35 um. But the manufacturer can not manufacture it on a 70um material because of the distance between lines. The function is that a photosensor triggers a motor on at sunrise to lift a door. The door then remains open until sundown when the motor is reversed using relay switches to lower the door.
