I require a perl and/or php app that can check an email address for a .zip attachment. Open the zip file to export a .dbf file and a pdf. If the attachment is there it must save the file to a temp directory then import the dbf file into an excisting mysql database table. Upon completion it must rename the source dbf file and move it to a archive location. It must then notify a single email address that an update has been made. This application must be able to be run as stand alone and/or a unattended cron job that can be scheduled Variables such as email account, username, password, temp directory location, archive directory location and notify email address will be kept in the same mysql database and require a administration gui to make changes.
