I have an illustration file that needs some detailed work in Photoshop. I am specifically looking for someone who can enhance details by hand, and not just run the file through a software. The main focus will be on small details, specifically the fine lines on characters. I've noted that the print size is showing poor resolution in the eyes of the animals, and this is particularly what I want fixed.
