I have an intermittent internet outages that have been plaguing me for more than a year (happens multiple times a day for ~2 minutes at a time). My ISP won't help. It's one Windows 10 PC connected via ethernet to a cable modem. It's not the cable or the ethernet card. All other devices on the network work great. This appears to be a DNS issue or a driver issue. I can provide Tracert files for when the connection breaks.

I have a draytek 130 modem, and a synology MR2200AC router. I am trying to install at a friends house in Ilford on their vodafone network. This modem and router do work together according research, it is an openreach modem. I have plugged the modem into the vdsl microfilter, the modem works, according draytek, whom I have phoned whilst it is on. The router responds to a laptop, it says 'limited internet access'.
