I need a customer support person / graphic designer who is willing to work FULL TIME for a 3 month block. The candidate must be able to respond to emails within 20 minutes. Person should not be undertaking any contract work whilst employed.

When not serving as customer support, you are doing design work or writing articles.

Work a full day 8-9 hours and work outside of hours if need be.
