I am looking for batch scripts to help me do the following tasks. I am a computer administrator.

1. Silent Update of Adobe Products

a. Reader

b. Flash

2. Silent Update of Firefox

3. Check Disk

4. Disk Defrag

5. Disk Cleanup

a. Empty Recycle Bin

b. Compress old files

c. Delete Temp Files

d. Delete Cookies

You will also need to provide batch/vb scripts to do 5 additional tasks which would be helpful to an IT administrator. You can suggest these to me for my approval.
