Build a database of bschool librarians

I want to create a database of BSchool librarians in the US & Europe. I will point you to a resource where the B School names are given and you will have to google the institution and identify who the acquisition librarian is. An acquisition librarian is someone who acquires books for the library. Some B Schools have acquisition librarians, some have subject specific librarians and some have just a head librarian. Wherever there is a subject specific librarian for marketing or advertising books I'd want their names and email ids. If there is no subject specialist for marketing books then I'd want the acquisition librarian's name and email id. If there's no acquisition librarian then I'd want the head librarians name.

Attached is an excel file format in which you need to fill up these details for a 1500 B Schools. The requirements would be School name, what type of librarian, first name, last name, email id and web link to the url where you found these details so I can cross check if the details are correct.

I'd need the details in 2 weeks time post which if the project goes well there would probably be a requirement for another 1500 b schools across the world.

You would need to be organized and have good enough excel skills to identify and remove duplicate names of B schools that you get from different websites..
