I need an existing Java HID API to be repackaged into a single library for use with Windows 7, Linux 32bit, Linux 64bit and Mac OS.

The Java HID API is described here [url removed, login to view]

The library will essentially allow communication to a USB HID device across multiple platforms. It is imperative that the native components may not rely on dependencies outside the package, unless those dependencies ship standard with the operating system.

The deliverables are:

1.0) A copy of the original .jar file of the original library

2.0) A new jar file containing:

2.1) a class loader that polls the jvm for the host platform and then loads the correct native components from the jar file (I can provide an example)?

2.2) the native binaries (for Windows 7, Linux 32bit, Linux 64bit, and Mac) that are loaded by the class loader

- Please only bid if you know you can successfully complete the project

- The requirement for this library is immediate, therefore please bid only if you can complete this job in a timely manner
