Change outgoing mail IP address on WHM

I have a couple of accounts that have been blacklisted and unfortunately all my accounts on my server use the same Ip for both email and site hosting.
I am led to believe that if i change my exim mail ip address this will sort this out.
I need someone who can complete this quickly and today as I have clients getting gmail emails bounced.
Please advise and bis accordingly.
