Clear up Apache cache automaticaly

A few months ago my Apache server stopped with error "No space left on device – running out of Inodes". I found what was causing that with the solution to resolve this issue.
Now, every 2-3 weeks using SSH I manually clean up Apache cache (via SSH):
$ df -ih
$ /etc/init.d/httpd stop
$ rm -rf /var/cache/mod_proxy/*
$ /etc/init.d/httpd start
I need to clean up Apache cache automatically.
Setup a scheduled cron job in Apache or something like this.
Can you do that? Please let me know if you have any Qs.
Thank you.
