We have configured FreePBX 2.9.0.7 and need to make two changes:
1. From main menu 'For patient verification press 1' - press 1, hear
'please enter recommendation number and press #'. If 16 digits are entered, the script will be called automatically.
if 14,15 digits entered - press # to call the script. Entered digits
and phone number of calling person are sent as params for script verification
like [url removed, login to view]
script returns text for TTS, this text needs to be read to the calling person, repeat and send to main menu.
2. configure the ability to redirect a call to another person during speaking.
need to define some codes and numbers like office1 - code #1 - phone
818 1231231, office2 - code #2 - phone 818 3213121
during speaking, assistant may press something like #1# to redirect the
call to office1, of #0#8181231231# to redirect call to any number.
