cPanel Backup Script that resides on server (PHP?), checks designated folders for new files at scheduled frequency, compares existing backup files and performs backup of new files

All backups go to S3 storage (will require user to have Amazon S3 account)

Will require Admin interface or some type of ini file to configure files to check, frequency, S3 account login/folder
