**Bridge between 2 phones:**

**API Requirements:**

1) Connect function :(phone1,phone2, duration limit in seconds).

Returns sessionId

2) Get status of any call (by session ID) ??"

Returns:

2.1 Status: failed, only one picked , in progress , finished successfully.

2.2 Length in seconds phone1 connected (if applicable otherwise -1)

2.3 Length in seconds phone2 connected (if applicable otherwise -1)

2.3 Call cost (if applicable otherwise -1)

5) Kill the call if it is still running (by session ID)

6) Posting to our URL call results when the call is finished (SessionID, length1 in seconds, length2 in seconds, payment to you in cents,status). (length = 0 - call failed).

7) _All thorough https post/get, preferably through web service._

**Bridge Logic:

**

1) Initiate call between 2 phones. (each phone can be a mobile phone).

2)) After calling the first phone1 (provider) , only if answered call the second phone.

3) When in bridge progress and one side disconnected ??" hang up the other side.

4) If duration limit passed hang up the two sides of the call.

5) Call numbers so they would see some callerID number. (this way the provider will know it is us).

**Deliverable:**

1) URL to post requests.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

We get a URL post requests so it is not important.

We will also pay per call ofcourse.
