Seeking Talented Programmer For Football (Soccer) Match Engine -- 2

Hello,
I'm a administrator at [login to view URL] and wé're looking for a programmer to work on our football match engine. We need someone specifically who has worked before in complex AI and knows about football (soccer) as well as these types of games.
Our past Unity programmer is no longer available so we're seeking a replacement for him. Here you can watch a sample of our current build for one of the millions simulated game on our website:

The code language is UnityScript.
Football Strategy is a web-browser game and the ME considers every input made by the manager (such as tactics, players etc...) and then simulates the results visually using Unity 3D. The ME has many years of work, although the code is very complex instructions are given.
You must be also willing to become part of our community and communicate/chat with other users and listen to their feedback. Skype is also a must.
