Take phone calls with sales experience

This job will include you taking phone calls, entering data as you take phone calls, summarize all data in a presentable way for us to easily see what the call was about.
This job will be a per call basis at first at $5.00 per call, and every lead that is successfully converted, you will receive a 1.0% bonus. For every 5 conversions, you will receive an extra 1.5% bonus on the 5th conversion (totalling 2.5% bonus for the 5th conversion).
This will be very difficult to convert at first, so we are looking for long term support.
Pay will be once every two Fridays.
