I need German interpreter for calling

I am medical student from Japan in Prague. I supposed to have Nursing internship in Germany in August but due to COVID, Hospital cancelled it. So I asked director of nursing to sign cancellation letter In English from June , which I made but haven’t got reply. So I need to call the Director but I am not confident in German. I need some female who can call instead of me.
