3D rendering - 3story house

I am looking for someone who would create a 3D exterior rendering from a 2D plan. I will need interior rendering also but not at this time, it will follow. I may also need animated interior walk troughs for website, but again later on.
Anyways, I am attaching 3D renderings of a similar project. I would use these figures but the floor plan for current building is different. The outer texture and coloring would pretty much be same, except we will have stone finish at the back, which I will provide elevation views front and back with material and color info to help you. But, pretty much it will be the same as you see in the attached pictures. The background scenery is similar as well with a mild slope. I could provide real pictures of the background as well. There are about 15 3-story houses in the boundary (all same), so I guess it wouldnt be too hard to duplicate to have an areal view. I will need 3 to 4 rendered images from different angles with the background and the project file.
I dont have a set preference in terms of the program you use. I just dont want a cartoon-like image. Must be photo realistic. Please submit portfolio, or place them on the net where I can see them.
