We have several online marketing products that we we

are looking to hire an a coordinator to help

in support and do quality control as well as

assist in development features.

Job Responsibilities

1) Support Customer Inquiries

2) Troubleshooting membership issues

3) Respond To Support Tickets

4) Quality Control Troubleshoot Products

5) Fix Login issues

6) Create Bug Reports on the product

7) Set Goals and Achieve them for membership retention

8) Work with customer billing issues

9) Follow up with customers via email

10) Write product content like articles and "How To"

instructions.

YOU MUST HAVE THESE QUALITIES...

1. Enthusiastic, professional, highly organized, and street-smart.

- Amazing English skills and excellent English writing skills

2. Reliable (getting a job finished ahead of schedule is the norm, not the

exception)

3. Ability to convert chaos into order -Ability to take orders and execute

without being micromanaged

4. Pays attention and follows directions You will report directly to the CEO and

spend a lot of time with his team discussing goals, vision, strategy, tactics,

etc

5. Quick learner, wants to study internet marketing skills ---- Team focused

6. Great ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments

YOUR MUST HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE...

1) 1+ years in internet marketing. Meaning you have worked for a internet

marketing company for 1+ years, understand blogs, seo and other internet

marketing practices

2) Must have project management experience Highly motivated, gets projects done

quickly

3) Must have customer support and administrative skills experience...

4) Experience in article writing and blogging social media Writing and editing

skills

5). Very familiar with computer programs (like Word, Excel, Outlook, and an HTML

editor)
