Electron Application - VueJS / AngularJS Windows Touch application

We are looking to create a product showcase application built using the Electron framework ([login to view URL]) this application would primarily consist of a single view with a sidebar navigation that loads different product categories into the view. Products will display on a card based layout with image, title, a few specs of the product/service/portfolio item. Upon clicking the product you will get a product detail view that will expand on the description of that single product.
We would be starting with the application just pulling all information / images from a local json file / folder structure, but would need the application built in such a way that connecting to different APIs (i.e. Woocommerce API, Mangento API, Custom API) wouldn't be very difficult.
The application will be built to our design so all design assets and mockups will be provided by us. We would like someone that has employed subtle animations before to be the ideal candidate because this application will be primarily touch based and would like to have the transistions between different views animate slightly to polish off the entire application.
