Hi, We are looking for a cross-platform developer (Possibly someone familiar with web frameworks like meteor / iconic / AngularJS ) that could build us an offline/online data collection application that can be deployed to multiple environments (Android, iOS, Windows, Web). We were thinking the easiest approach would be a web application that can be run in any browser from the mentioned platforms and that has offline functionality. This would be similar to something like quicktapsurvey, surveymonkey, etc however not with all the admin features and form creation features like the above platforms. The main feature is being able to collect this data while offline and sync back to the server (cloud service or webhost) once back online. Regards,
