Custom T Shirt Site

This is basically for a site like [login to view URL] but with special modifications. Users would be able to make custom designs for their t shirts through a flash interface. Then purchase it through our shopping cart.
The most important part of this site is the actual backend where the admin can view order summaries and such. We will need a barcode generator for the invoices, so we can scan and receive order information easily. Coders should be experienced in developing e-commerce systems and have knowledge of the intricate details that make an e commerce system user friendly.
Coders should have a good knowledge of design, to create an efficient interface for both the backend and the flash "t shirt" creator interface.
Coders are not responsible for the actual design of the site but must integrate with the design submitted by the designers for the front end. Coders must be fluent in english and be willing to discuss the project on the phone whenever necessary. Coders must have AIM.
I have a full outline that will be given to the chosen coder.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4) Deliver the entire project within 35 days after escrow has been entered or payment will be forefeited. 5) Deliver a script that is bug-free and ready to be used.
