Excel formula help (may lead to follow up work)

I have a spreadsheet with the following information in separate columns:

* Historical daily S&P 500 index closing prices

* Dates of data

* Days of data

* One column I have the weekly change of the index.

I would like to create formulas that would calculate the following data points for each time the weekly change is greater than a certain percentage threshold:

1. % change 1 week away from the day the threshold was breached

2. % change 1 month away from the day the threshold was breached

3. % change 3 months away from the day the threshold was breached

4. % change 6 months away from the day the threshold was breached

5. % change 12 months away from the day the threshold was breached

It is necessary to account for days when the markets are not open when calculating the above % changes.

This should be pretty simple for someone who is well versed using excel. Please provide your best bid. This is an evolving project, so there is very real opportunity for add-on work.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
