OSCommerce E-mail Customizations

I have an existing e-commerce site that uses osCommerce CRE Loaded 6.15 with some custom work done to turn it into a subscription service website. I need more customization done so that the system can send specific e-mails to customers at certain times. We'd like an admin interface where the text for these messages and some of the criteria can be altered in the future. Not all the messages will fit with this, though, as some are just input response messages.
We need the following automatic e-mails:
* Daily email reminder for users to update their personal log - with random "information nugget" that has not been sent to that user within the previous 12 months (avoid repeats). The information nuggets are stored in the database.
* Email response to personal log input (A thank you message when someone updates their personal log)
* Monthly email for health log ??" a reminder for people to enter their health log information
* Credit card expiration ??" a message to let users know when the credit card on file is about to expire and has expired.
* Subscription expiration warning (-7 days), and final notice (day 0).
* Advance notice of monthly report ??" Lets users that they will have a package arriving in the snail mail soon.
* Periodic marketing messages (sent out from admin interface)
* Inactivity notice (5 days of no personal log activity)
* Goodbye message (special offer to return when sub expires) ??" sent out a specific number of days after the subscription has expired.
You may even be able to add on a little to [this contribution][1] that is already installed that allows the basic automatic emails to be edited by altering the database.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
