Medical Repair Website: (Similar in nature to [url removed, login to view]) We need a simple, clean website with a bit of flash animation to promote Medical Repair and, in particular, medical monitor repair. We don't have much of any pictures, so pictures will need to be found from legal sources & included in the quotation. Pages will include: -Home -About us -In the Press -Capabilities -Service Request (similar to Ampronix Service Request form) -RFQ (Request for Quote form page) -Sell to Us (Inventory Offer form page) -Inventory (List of product in inventory) -should include php form interface to enter inventory (Part Number, Manufacturer, Description, Condition, Quantity, Price) -Contact us You will need to generate the content for this site. Basically, we do medical monitor repair of all types of medical monitors (both CRT & LCD) and provide replacement display parts for all types of medical monitors (indcluding EL displays, LCD displays, CRT Tubes, Inverters, boards, etc.). Brands covered includes (but not limited to) Picker/Philips Medical, GE (such as the GE Marquette's), Datascope, Spacelabs, DataRay, Barco, Siemens, Toshiba medical, Canon Medical, Dynapac, etc. I prefer a CMS not be used. Programmers with PHP, CSS, Flash & Photoshop backgrounds encouraged. I will not be able to provide much help with the content -so you'll be pretty much on your own to run with the information provided. Hopefully this does not sound too unappealing. There will be more similar sites for various industries to follow if good work is done.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
