OSCommerce Cross-Sell/Bundles Modification

I need someone to modify OSCommerce to have a feature similar to [login to view URL]'s "Better Together" or Newegg's "Combo Deals" - IE before you add something to your cart, it will say "Buy this additional item today and save!" and a "add both to cart" button that they could add both to their cart and receive a discount. Lastly, it needs to correctly work with Google Checkout and also subtract stock correctly from both items.
