Hello,I need a PSMS service where subscribers/customers can simply be billed an amount ($2-5$ OR same conversion in the local currency) by just sending a code to an short code..

example...sending A0RTH3 to 344342 ...

You have to provide me a simple web based client login area where i can monitor the payments and also my payout...

And payment will be by my income % ? (we shall discuss the % ).

Please make sure you understand what i need and not just tell me something stuffs i don't need...
