Drive Traffic to My Website Via Craigslist, BackPage, SEO, or Other Methods - repost

Happy New Year!!!!! Hello,I have some Craigslist ads that I would like posted in all major cities on the Craigslist website. According to their Terms of Service, one must post the ad manually. to direct visitors to one of my websites. If you would like to use BackPage, other classified ads sites, social media, or SEO, please respond with your proposal. My budget for this is $100 per month. Please describe your action plan. I will try for one month, and if the ad campaign is successful, prolong the arrangement into a full-time gig. I can show you the site in a private message. My original plan was to find someone with auto posting software but apparently Craigslist frowns upon this type of thing. That is why I have opened the project up to include other ad sites and other methods. The website to be promoted offers visitors a form to fill out their details. I want to drive as much traffic as possible to the site, so if you have suggestions on how to do this without violating any of their Terms of Service(or can direct traffic to site from another site), then I am open to suggestion. I am going to monitor click rate our analytic account and will check for link source of traffic. This can become a Long Term Position Contracting you if done well..
