Help Me Setup Secure File Synchronizatoin on My Dedicated Server

I have a number of files that need to be installed on multiple computers. The files change frequently and need to be updated on all computers. I need a secure 1-click synchronization solution. There are free commerical solutions for this, but I don't have time to research them right now and figure out how to conifigure them. So this is probably an hour of work for anyone vaguely familiar with these programs and with ssl/sftp. I don't really care how you do it, as long as you meet these requirments: 1. There will be a folder (with subfolders of course) on my dedicated server, to which I can provide rdp access. 2. The client computers must be able to synchronize with the folder (and subfolders) on the remote server with a single click. Any time files are updated on the server, those files -- and ONLY the updated files -- must be redownloaded onto the client computer when the client clicks "Synchronize." 3. The transfer protocol must be secure: ssl, sftp, etc. 4. The client software used for the synchronization software must be free. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
