Getting Active Directory Information

Some quick money for someone knowledgeable about Active Directory that can help out my client (I don't know enough about Active Directory to do this myself.) I need VB.NET (preferably) or VB6 code that, given a Windows 2000 domain user account, will return that user's password. I'm not looking for hacking code...the client has administrative privileges on their domain. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
