We require a person/company to undertake information data capture and to supply it in a CVS file from the software. This is not physical requirement or research based but does require basic knowledge of the follow areas, we are looking to capture ongoing record capture and provide automated compliatons reports for each dataset supplied:

1) Windows Rooting for set up

2) Basic Python commands
