BUDGET WILL BE SET AT YOUR BIDDING PRICE We require a developer to build a mobile tracking capability for the tracking of phones and car-based Bluetooth. We require the capability for this app to – • Track distance (RSSI) from the beacon • Write the data from a previous list that is timestamped as going past such as (Media Access Control address (MAC address) = Rego or Type of Phone) • Compare the MAC addresses coming in an out of the vicinity and to be able to match to prior information collected about a car. • Max distance of a beacon or Bluetooth devices • Zone entry and exit time and time spent in zone + triangulation movement enabling from more than 1+ beacons automatically • With triangulation movement around secondary MAC addresses such as asset MAC addresses • Triangulate and store Phone MAC with Car MAC if moving through RSSI + confidence level 85% • Count how many times a day it goes past • Able to work with multiple beacon systems or to be linked together with beacons
