We have a requirement for a free lancer for developing SMS feature on Redmine

1. Add a button "Send SMS" on Issue page on redmine

2. A field which display "SMS has been sent on x date" on successful sending of SMS and SMS sending failure on SMS sending failure

3. A "Resend SMS" button after step 2

4. Integrating with SMS gateway
