Need Simple Automation Tool NOW

I need a simple browser automation tool that will go to [login to view URL], log into my account, register a phone number (we need to specify a list of bulk numbers for the program to get), and then once the number is registered, it needs to set a forwarding URL and Save. We'll need some kind of reporting showing which phone numbers were successfully registered once completed. I need this done simply, today.
