Build a Backend System and Integrate a credit card payment gateway

I have a website, and I have a credit card payment gateway from my bank, and I want to integrate it on my website, so that clients can buy and pay by credit card. I also want a backend system to track everything, as well as the below:
• The payment gateway APIs and files and instructions and test version have been provided by bank of Beirut. I need someone to integrate them and create a checkout page for the following page [login to view URL]
• [login to view URL] is hosted on WordPress.
• I need a backend system, that tracks all purchases made, the client’s full contact information, products purchased, amount paid, receipt number, dates, amounts, etc.
• The backend system should also send automatic emails with receipts and receipt numbers to the customer who made a purchase. The receipt number should be automatically generated, and should also contain a number for internal audit and accounting. So there should be 2 numbering systems, one for the customer, and one for internal audit.
• I also have PayPal payment option (Already integrated), so I need the backend system to take into consideration the purchases made on PayPal, and count them in the orders made.
• As a reference, I want a checkout page similar to that of Goddady, where the buyer chooses the mode of payment (PayPal or Credit Card), and checks out.
• At the end, I want the backend system, invoicing system, and bank account balance, all synchronized and connected (except maybe for the bank account).
I won't pay any down payment, I will only pay when the solution is fully developed.
