I need a predictive dialer that will use skype accounts. The software should grab leads from our server based on a username and password (1 or few at a time). Once it contacts the server it will get the skype account details based on the uname and pwd which will not be shown to the end user. After the program gets the skype info it will authenticate itself to the skype server so it can outbound call. There should be a few options in the software such as DC/sale etc. Deleting the leads from the DB on the server if its a disconnect, if its busy it should move i to the bottom of the list etc. If its a call back the software should save it in the program for a manual call and take it out of the db.
