Symbian project - part1

**Description**

We need a Symbian application as a background service that does the following:

Autostart on system start-up;

Once an SMS arrives containing a URL (starting with http://...), the service must connect to that URL et retrieve its plain text data. The data is a CSV file with 2 columns (without the headers) : 'name';'url'

The service must do the following for each csv line:

Retreive the binary data from 'url'

Create/Overwrite the file C:\DATA\MAStore\'name' with the binary data from 'url'

**Delivrables**

The Sis/Sisx installation package of this application that work correctly on the following Nokia Symbian devices: X6-00, C5-00, C7-00, N8-00, N72, N97, 5800 Xpress Music, N95, 500.

You may use Forum Nokia remote device to ensure that the application works correctly.

**Acceptance conditions**

The deliverables should take in consideration the very constraint nature of the runtime environment by optimizing resource usage and battery life.

The deliverables shall be tested against all target platforms thoroughly by the provider.

**Extention**

This is only the first part of a big project in Symbian C/C++. If you succeed in this project you may be selected to continue over the whole project.
