Bitnami Wordpress on Azure

We have built a website on Azure using Bitnami app. Bad plugin has forced critical error on WordPress install and now we can't log in.
Need to delete / re-nane plugins but don't have permission via FTP. We don't know who Bitnami user is: we have tried with the Azure account holder, but saying subscription unrecognised.
Need to get site live, and then we also need help adding SSL certificate. Required ASAP.
